Terms and Conditions of Use for Online Clothing Shop Website:

1. Browse and Select Items:
– Users can browse clothing items by category using the navigation buttons or by visiting the shop tab in the top header.
– It is recommended to read the product descriptions and sizing guides for accurate information before making a selection.
– Users can add desired products to their shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

2. Review the Cart:
– Users can access their shopping cart by clicking on the shopping basket icon or “cart” tab.
– It is important to review the items in the cart for accuracy in terms of products, sizes, and quantities before proceeding.

3. Payment:
– At the payment screen, users can choose their preferred online payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.
– Online payments are processed securely through STRIPE, which accepts various debit/credit cards.
– Please note that credit card details are not stored on the website for security reasons.
– Alternatively, users can visit the clothing store in person and make the payment there.

4. When/Where To Collect:
– Orders are collected on weekends during nippers at Dicky Beach SLSC.
– To ensure weekend collection, orders must be placed before Thursday 12 pm.
– Orders placed after this time will be available for collection the following weekend.

5. Proof of Purchase:
– When collecting the order, users must provide a printed copy of the receipt or display the email receipt on their phone.
– Proof of purchase is necessary to verify the order and ensure accurate delivery.

6. Issues With Order:
– If there are any issues with the order, such as size, damage, or incorrect items, users should notify the team upon collection for immediate resolution.
– Free swap-overs for incorrect sizes are available within 14 days of order collection, provided the clothing is returned with tags attached, unworn, and undamaged.

7. Order Collection:
– All orders are available for collection during nippers at Dicky Beach SLSC.
– Orders must be collected within 30 days after they become available for pick-up.
– Failure to collect the order within 60 days will result in cancellation, with payment forfeited.

8. Non-Members:
– The online clothing store is exclusively for volunteer members of Dicky Beach SLSC and participants in the nipper program. Non-members are not permitted to order apparel.

9. Cancellation and Refunds:
– To cancel an order, users should email lifesaving@dickybeachsurfclub.com or call (07) 5491 5742 – option 3 to request cancellation and arrange a refund.
– Refunds will be processed for the whole or partial cancellation of an order.

10. Postal Services:
– The online clothing store does not offer postage services at the moment.
– If unable to collect the order on the weekend, users can contact the office to arrange a collection time during the week.

11. Payment Terms:
– Orders must be paid for upfront online; the online clothing store does not offer the option to place an order and pay later.
